In light of the recent Governor's Executive order, here's how you can service your vehicle at any of the Traverse City locations:

Utilize Our No-Contact Vehicle Drop Off and Pick Up
You'll simply fill out the formpark in the service parking area, drop it and your keys in the envelope and leave it in our afterhours drop box. We will be sanitizing and disinfecting high touch points of your vehicle when it arrives and when it leaves.

If You'd Like to Wait for Your Vehicle at the Dealership
We are allowing people to wait while we service your vehicle on a limited basis. We ask that you wear a protective face mask and follow social distancing guidelines. We'd ask that you don't bring along any additional people with you due to limited seating. We will be sanitizing and disinfecting high touch points of your vehicle when it arrives and when it leaves.

Traditional Service Drop Off 
Sound the horn when you pull up to the entrance and when you drive in, please stay inside your vehicle. We will greet you in the service lane and begin the check in process. We'd ask that you wear a protective face mask and follow social distancing guidelines. We will be sanitizing and disinfecting high touch points of your vehicle when it arrives and when it leaves.

Online, Express, No-Contact Payment Options  
Then when the vehicle is complete, we'll email or text you a copy of the paperwork that includes a link to securely complete the payment online. We can then leave the vehicle in the same general area you dropped it off in, leave your keys in the afterhours pick up box and text you a combination code.

General Information on Utilizing Bill Marsh Services in Traverse City
In compliance with the most recent Executive Order, customers are required to wear a face mask or covering when they are in an indoor public space which includes all Bill Marsh Auto dealership locations. 

Please note the signs at all entrances reminding customers of their legal obligation to wear a face covering while inside Bill Marsh Auto locations. If you feel you are not required to wear a face covering per the list of specified exemptions in the Executive Order, see a team member. Please continue to follow social distancing requirements.

Service Department Hours
GM, Chrysler and Hyundai service departments are open to serve and support you from Monday-Friday, 7:30am-6:00pm.  Satruday 8am to 12pm.  Oil express at GM is open from 7:30am to 5PM M-F and 8am to 2PM on Saturday.  The Body Shop's hours are 7:30 to 6 M-F.  Brake and Alignment 7:30-5:30 M-F and Byrider 8-5 M-F.  
All service departments are closed on Sundays.
