In compliance with Governor Whitmer's Stay Home, Stay Safe Executive Order, we wanted to share the following updates with you:

Our service and body shop operations will remain open to serve and support you for emergency and essential vehicle services.

However, all Bill Marsh sales departments will be closed from March 24th through April 14th.

Please note: If you are ill or otherwise have concerns about your health but are experiencing a vehicle emergency or essential vehicle need, please call us at 800-59-MARSH before coming to one of our service departments so we can speak with you about your personal situation and needs.

Service Department Updates

Please note the following change in our Service Department hours of operation:

We will be open from 8am until 5pm, Monday through Friday, closed Saturday and Sunday.

This includes our GM, Chrysler, and Hyundai service centers on Garfield in Traverse City, our Ford and Chrysler service departments in Kalkaska, our Ford service department in Gaylord, as well as Bill Marsh Body & Paint, Byrider, and Brake & Alignment Plus+ service centers on Barlow.

In order to best comply with the recommendations of the Governor's Order, our GM Express Service Center on Garfield in Traverse City will be closed for the duration of this Stay at Home Order as we will limit our service offerings to emergency and essential repairs only.

We are not able to offer shuttle services at this time.

Sales Department Updates

In compliance with the Governor's Order, all Bill Marsh sales departments will be closed from March 24th through April 14th.

This includes the showrooms at Bill Marsh Buick GMC, Bill Marsh Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram, Bill Marsh Hyundai, and Price Point Used Cars on Garfield in Traverse City, Bill Marsh in Kalkaska, Bill Marsh in Gaylord, and Byrider Used Car Finance Center on Barlow.

You are still able to browse our new and used inventory online, from the comfort of home, here on our website.

Our sales teams are available to answer your questions and provide you with information about vehicles!

We are not able to offer test drives at this time.

Safety is our top priority

The safety of our customers and staff continues to be our top priority as we all do our best to navigate the current circumstances.

Our staff will continue to follow the strict schedule of increased protective measures for both customers and staff, including:

✅ Sanitizing and disinfecting all surfaces and common touchpoints daily from open to close every two hours (at minimum) in all areas.

✅ Sanitizing and disinfecting customers' vehicles - door handles, steering wheels, interior switches, key fobs and seat belt latches - both before and after service appointments.

✅ Encouraging the use of our service department drop boxes (during and after hours) to minimize personal contact.

This continues to be a time of great uncertainty.

Our employees are like family and we want to continue to do all we can to support them.

All full-time Bill Marsh employees will be paid through April 14th and at that time, we will reassess based on updated orders and directives.

We feel thankful to be in a position to offer paid leave and hopefully alleviate some of the stress of our current circumstances.
